1. Approve the enclosed Rules of sampling and samples of goods.

2. To provide to the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 14, 2003 No. 205 "About approval of Rules of conducting customs examination in customs laboratories, Rules of sampling and samples of goods" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 2296, No. 30 published in the Official newspaper edition on July 26, 2003 (135).

4. To provide to chiefs of territorial customs authorities execution of this order.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
