About approval of the Instruction about payment of regulating and monitoring payments

For the purpose of assistance of implementation of provisions of part (5) article 12 of the Law on electronic communications No. 241-XVI of November 15, 2007, based on Item u) parts (1) Article 9 and Item е) parts (1) article 10 of the same law DECIDES: NAREKIT Administrative board

1. Approve the Instruction about payment of regulating and monitoring payments, according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment of fees on regulation owners of licenses in the field of telecommunication and information science approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science No. 14 of May 16, 2001.

2) the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment of fees on regulation owners of licenses in the field of telecommunication and information science approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science of June 20, 2002.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
