In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 16, 2010 N 18 "About modification of Rules of realization of medicines and products of medical appointment in pharmaceutical institutions of the republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 6-7, Art. 50) order:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for destruction of medicines, unsuitable to application, and products of medical appointment it agrees приложению*.

2. Consider invalid the Temporary instruction about procedure for destruction of medicines, unsuitable to application, and products of medical appointment approved by the Ministry of Health on December 12, 2000 (рег. N 997 of December 29, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 24).
3. This order becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
