For the purpose of forming of the national nanotechnological Government of the Russian Federation network decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on national nanotechnological network.

2. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the IV quarter 2010 to develop and approve:

requirements to members of national nanotechnological network;

criteria of compliance of the organization to requirements to members of national nanotechnological network;

procedure for entry of the organizations into structure of national nanotechnological network and exit of the organizations from structure of national nanotechnological network;

order of interaction of the organizations as a part of national nanotechnological network.

Regulations on National nanotechnological network

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines the purposes, the main objectives and the principles of functioning of national nanotechnological network, the main components of national nanotechnological network, the list of members of national nanotechnological network, governing bodies and coordination of national nanotechnological network and their main functions, and also the rights and obligations of members of national nanotechnological network.

2. The terms used in this Provision mean the following:

"nanosystem" - the system (including nanomaterials and nanodevices) containing structural elements - nanoobjects which linear size at least in one measurement has the size constituting 1 - 100 nanometers determining the main properties and characteristics of this system;
