About measures for protection of the Russian producers of bearing tubes
According to the Federal Law "About Special Protective, Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures in case of Commodity Import" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish for a period of 3 years anti-dumping duty on the bearing tubes coming from People's Republic of China (including Taiwan and special administrative areas of China Hong Kong and Macau) and imported on customs area of the Russian Federation (the FEACN CU codes 7304 51 120 0, 7304 51 180 1, 7304 51 180 9, 7304 51 810 0, 7304 51 890 0, 7304 59 320 0, 7304 59 380 0, 7304 59 920 0, 7304 59 930 0, 7304 59 990 0), in the amount of 19,4 of percent of customs value.
2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service collection of anti-dumping duty on the goods specified in Item 1 of this Resolution, being guided by the FEACN CU codes and description of goods.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
