Determine that explanations concerning application of regulations of the Instruction approved by this resolution can be this signed by the vice chairman of the board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus directing activities of head department of monetary transactions of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus or signed by the chief of head department of monetary transactions of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
