Rules of establishment of the size of expenses on materials and spare parts in case of recovery repair of vehicles

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure of payments of the size of expenses on materials and spare parts in case of recovery repair of vehicles.

2. Recovery repair is appointed for elimination of damages of the vehicle which reason the road accident is. The list of the specified damages is determined on the basis of results of survey of the damaged vehicle and (or) independent technical expertize of the vehicle.

3. The size of expenses on materials and spare parts in case of recovery repair of the vehicle is calculated:

a) for date of the road accident;

b) taking into account conditions and geographical boundaries of the goods markets of the materials and spare parts corresponding to the place of the road accident.
