According to the subitem 16 of Item 1 of Article 333 (the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides 28):

Approve the enclosed amount of the state tax for issue, prolongation of effective period and recovery of visas to foreign citizens and stateless persons by the representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation which are in check points through frontier of the Russian Federation.

This Resolution becomes effective after 3 months from the date of official publication.
