Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2007 No. 590 "About approval of Rules of the organization of educational process for remote educational technologies" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 5054, No. 12 published in "The legal newspaper" of January 25, 2008 (1412)).

2. To provide (Omirbayeva S. M.) to department of the higher and postgraduate education in accordance with the established procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication of this order in mass media.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
