Personal subsidiary farm of citizens - the form of economic labor activity of citizens on production of agricultural products based on use of the parcels of land provided for these purposes according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on protection and use of lands.
In personal subsidiary farm of citizens on the right of private property there can be economic structures and constructions, the cattle, bird, long-term plantings, in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus - vehicles, and also other property which is not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
