About approval of categories of citizens to which office premises are provided
For the purpose of ensuring execution of article 103.2.1 of the Housing Code of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:
1. Determine that office premises of the state housing stock are provided to the following persons which do not have living space in settlements in which they work or serve:
1.1. to the persons elected or appointed in state bodies according to the procedure, established by the Constitution and the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.2.gosudarstvennym the employee holding managerial positions;
1.3. serviceman (except for military personnel of urgent active duty);
1.4. to persons, working in legal entities in whom the stocks (shares) established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic are owned by the state;
1.5. other persons who are subject to providing with office premises in the cases established by the legislation.
