I. For leave allowance calculation of the actual average monthly salary and daily average earnings for 12 calendar months preceding month of vacation irrespective of for what work year leave is granted is made.
The average monthly salary is calculated division of total amount of the salary for the specified period on 12. At the same time the wages amount estimated for the calendar months falling on the period till January, 2009 is denominated in manats and tenge, proceeding from ratio-1 (one) manat of new sample is equal 5000 (five thousand) manats of old sample and it develops with the wages amount estimated for calendar months since January, 2009. Daily average earnings are estimated by division of the average monthly salary into 29,7. The payment amount of leave is determined by multiplication of daily average earnings by number of vacation days. Example of calculation:
