About measures for streamlining of operation of aircrafts in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of increase in safety of flights of aircrafts and responsibility to citizens for their life, prevention of aviation incidents and incidents, streamlining of operation of aircrafts in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan I order:
1. Temporarily till May 1, 2011 for the airplanes which are not conforming to requirements of the Convention on international civil aviation or fulfilled calendar service life of 25 years and more to suspend:
a) registration in the State register of civil aircrafts of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
b) entering into the air operator certificate of the Republic of Uzbekistan of aircrafts of foreign registration.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
