For the purpose of streamlining of pledge of the property which is in property of the state I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the state companies, organizations, organizations and state-owned property which cannot be pledge subject.

2. Ceased to be valid.

The list of the state companies, organizations, organizations and state-owned property which cannot be pledge subject

The companies, the organizations and organizations of forestry exercising control of the woods, the state control of forest utilization, accounting, protection, protection and reproduction of the woods

Lands which cannot be allocated from property of the Republic of Belarus according to the laws of the Republic of Belarus, and also the nature protection territories (reserves, wildlife areas, national parks)

Property which is used only for the benefit of the state and public security:

the military property which is in operational management of the military units and connections, organizations, military schools, companies and organizations of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Committee for State Security, other ministries and republican state bodies having military forming;

defense objects;

cold weapon, fire and gas weapon, ammunition to it, except types of weapon and ammunition to it which acquisition is authorized physical or (and) to legal entities the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
