About distribution of the tariff quota to import of fowl in 2010

According to decisions of the Commission of custom union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation", of April 16, 2010 "About modification of the Inventory concerning which since January 1, 2010 the tariff quotas are established and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" and the Agreement on conditions and the mechanism of application of the tariff quotas of December 12, 2008 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. perform distribution:

till August 1, 2010 100 percent of the tariff quota on import of meat and food offal of the poultry specified in goods item 0105, fresh, cooled or refrigerated, classified in goods item of the 0207th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of custom union (further - fowl), between the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who declared requirement of use of the tariff quota for own production in proportion to the declared amounts;

since September 15, 2010 the tariff quota on import of the fowl which is not chosen for August 1, 2010 based on statements of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who received the tariff quota on import of fowl till August 1, 2010 in proportion to the declared amounts;

1.2. direct in 2010 information on the allocated parts of the tariff quotas to import of fowl to the Ministry of Trade and the State Customs Committee.
