being guided by regulations of the Contract between the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan on friendship and cooperation of May 17, 2002, and also the aspiration to develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of sport and tourism on mutually advantageous and long-term basis,

confirming the commitment to the purposes and the principles of the Olympic Movement,

for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of the international tourist backgrounds as factor of preserving and deepening of friendship between the people of two states,

pursuing the aim of improvement of the people of two countries, familiarizing of the younger generation with sport and healthy lifestyle,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will strengthen and encourage cooperation in the field of sport and tourism between two countries according to legislations of both states, this agreement and other international agreements in which both Parties participate.

Article 2

The parties according to the legislation of each state and rules of international law will support activities of state bodies of management of sport and tourism of the states in establishment and development of cooperation between the sports and tourist organizations of the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan.
