expressing mutual desire to develop the friendly relations between both countries and the people,

attaching special significance to cooperation increase in the field of seal and information between two countries,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will render assistance in implementation of regular exchange of the news mentioning political, economic and cultural fields of activity of the states through news agencies, printing, audiovisual and other mass media.

Article 2

The parties will help cooperation between information institutes, press organs and information of both Parties, the companies of publishing and printing industry, distributors of printing editions.

The cooperation of the Parties will be directed on:

opening of correspondent offices in the territories of the states of the Parties on a parity basis;

exchange of information materials, bulletins concerning mass information, polygraphy and book publishing, including in the field of material logistics;

exchange of delegations, experts, specialists in the field of mass media, book publishings and polygraphies, distribution of seal;

experience exchange in the field of preparation and training of specialists;

participation in the international exhibitions of the book and press, seminars, conferences.

Article 3

The parties by means of the information institutes will exchange required information materials for publications and demonstration of the materials and programs lighting national days of the states of each of the Parties.
