wishing to establish dynamic and efficient international cooperation between all complex of the scientific organizations and certain scientists of both countries,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of science and technologies between both countries on the basis of equality and mutual advantage according to the legislation of both states.

Article 2

The parties will encourage development of long-term cooperation in the field of science and technologies is direct between research and other organizations of both countries.

Article 3

The parties will develop sci-tech cooperation in the field of basic and applied researches, advanced technologies.

Article 4

According to this agreement the scientific and technological cooperation between the Parties will be performed in such forms as:

exchange of scientific and technical information and technologies;

accomplishment of joint research and development works;

exchange of scientists and specialists for carrying out scientific research;

participation by the invitation of the Parties in scientific conferences, symposiums, training, seminars;

organization and holding joint scientific and technical exhibitions;

preparation and certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills, exchange of graduate students and doctoral candidates;
