in view of general interest in carrying out coordinated policy on forming and ensuring effective operation of the transport corridors passing on the territories of the State Parties of the CIS
considering labor migration of the State Parties of the CIS which imposes more high requirements to training,
in view of provisions of the Interstate program of implementation of the Concept of forming of single (general) educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 29, 2001, the Agreement on cooperation in the field of advanced training and occupational retraining of specialists of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 25, 2007

The purpose of this agreement is rendering assistance in implementation of national programs of the State Parties of the CIS for use of the natural and liquefied gas as motor fuel for vehicles regarding training, advanced trainings and retrainings of specialists in the field by carrying out coordinated actions of the Parties on development and use of single training programs, development of mechanisms of realization of joint projects and the organization of exchange of information.
