About some questions of payment of the state fee

1. Determine that:

1.1. for consideration of the applications about issue of the one-time, general or exclusive licenses (further - licenses) on import and (or) commodity exportation included in the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or the export by the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) of November 27, 2009 No. 19 "On single non-tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" (further - the Single inventory), and issue of such licenses or their duplicates are applied and also for renewal of the documents confirming availability of licenses (renewal of licenses) the state fee in the amount of 1 basic size is collected;

1.2. payers of the state fee for consideration of the applications about issue of the licenses for import and (or) commodity exportation included in the Single inventory, and issue of such licenses or their duplicates and also for renewal of the documents confirming availability of licenses (renewal of licenses) are the organizations determined in Item 2 of article 13 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus and individual entrepreneurs;
