The governments of state members of custom union within Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
based on the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union of November 27, 2009,
agreed as follows:
Customs authorities of the states of the Parties according to provisions of this agreement do not apply certain forms of customs control.
The personal baggage is exempted from customs examination:
1) presidents of the state members of custom union which stopped the powers and the following members of their families together with them;
2) the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, members of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation if specified persons cross customs border in connection with execution of service duties or deputy powers;
3) the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, the Chairman of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, deputies of the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus if specified persons cross customs border in connection with execution of service duties or deputy powers;
