based on Item 2 of article 344 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union and for the purpose of determination of features of use of temporarily imported vehicles of international delivery transporting passengers and also the trail cars, semitrailer trucks, containers and railway rolling stock performing transportation of goods and (or) baggage for internal transportation on customs area of custom union
agreed as follows:
This agreement determines features of use of the vehicles of international delivery which are temporarily imported on customs area of custom union without payment of the customs duties, taxes according to Item 1 of article 342 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union transporting passengers and also the trail cars, semitrailer trucks, containers and railway rolling stock (including empty vehicles of international delivery) performing transportation of goods and (or) baggage for internal transportation on customs area of custom union.
Use as vehicles of international delivery in domestic transports on customs area of custom union of trail cars, semitrailer trucks, containers (except for containers of the railroads), aircrafts, water (sea and river) courts is not allowed.
The vehicles of international delivery transporting passengers within the established route can stop in the territories of the states of the Parties for landing (disembarkation) of passengers and loading (unloading) of the accompanied baggage in stopping points on route of international delivery.
