1. Approve enclosed:

- limits of the insurance rates differentiated by types of economic activity depending on class of professional risk and categories of personnel on obligatory civil liability insurance of the employer for damnification of life and to health of the worker in case of execution of labor (office) obligations by it;

- minimum sizes of insurance sum and rates of insurance premium of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier of dangerous goods;

- the sizes of insurance sum (responsibility limits) and insurance rates of obligatory civil liability insurance of the organizations operating hazardous production facilities;

- rates of insurance premium and limits of responsibility of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier to passengers;

- structure of rates on obligatory civil liability insurance.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 08.04.2022 No. 200

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 5, 2009 No. 354 "About approval of insurance rates and the sizes of insurance sums (responsibility limits) of obligatory civil liability insurance".
