About some measures for optimization of holding procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy)

For the purpose of optimization of holding procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy):

1. Determine that:

1.1. in the procedure of bankruptcy proceedings the objects of the state housing stock and objects which are only in property of the state and also the objects transferred to free use or lease according to the legislation on privatization (further, unless otherwise specified, - objects), are not included property of the legal entity concerning which the economic court initiates proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy).

The anti-recessionary managing director shall take measures for identification of objects and no later than five working days from the date of their identification to direct the notification on such objects:

being in republican property, - in republican state body and other state organization subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the National Bank, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, other state bodies and the organizations subordinated to the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - state bodies), under supervision (structure) of which the debtor or representatives is to manage shares (shares in authorized funds) of the debtor (exercising possessory supervision);

being in utility property, and also not assigned to the state legal entities on the right of economic maintaining or operational management, - in regional (Minsk city) executive committees in the territory of which there are objects.

Within thirty days from the date of receipt of the notification of the anti-recessionary managing director if other is not established by acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus:
