About approval of the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered medical products
According to Item 1 of the Procedure for state registration of medical equipment and products of the medical appointment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.11.2004 of N 1497, the Regulations on the State inspectorate for quality control of medicines of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.12.2008 of N 1121, for the purpose of ensuring state regulation of import to customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered medical products I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered medical products it (is applied).
2. The state inspectorate for quality control of medicines of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to provide since November 1, 2010 provision to the State Customs Service of Ukraine of electronic messages concerning possibility of import to customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered medical products with imposing of the digital signature.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
