This Law governs the relations arising in connection with obtaining, implementation and protection of the rights to discoveries in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further the State Party).

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of concepts

In this Law the stated below concepts are used in the following value:

the author of discovery - physical person as a result of which intellectual, creative activities discovery is made;
