2. In case of assessment of credit risk according to the loan the credit institution has the right not to change the debt servicing quality evaluation according to the loan which is carried out according to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 2156-U if for date of assessment there is no overdue debt (on principal debt and (or) percent) according to this loan.
