According to Item 2 of Article 317 of the Customs code Commission of Custom Union solved:
1. Customs declaration of goods, except for customs declaring for the purpose of the room under customs procedure of customs transit, the foreign states moved with diplomatic representations, consular establishments, other official representations, the international organizations, personnel of these representations, organizations and the organizations, for official use, is performed in customs authority of state member of the Customs union in the territory of which stay of specified persons is planned.
2. Features of customs declaration of goods, foreign states moved with diplomatic representations, consular establishments, other official representations, the international organizations, personnel of these representations, organizations and the organizations for official use, form of the customs declaration concerning such goods are established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union. At the same time regulations of transportation of such goods can be established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union.
