Approve the Basic list of the Common customs tariff and Regulations on conditions of change of rates of the import customs duties included in the Basic list of the Common customs tariff (during forming of the Common customs tariff) (are applied).

Regulations on conditions of change of rates of the import customs duties included in the Basic list by ETT (during forming of ETT)

1. The party interested in change of rate of import customs duty on the goods included in the Basic list of the Common Customs Tariff (CCT) makes the relevant proposal in the Commission of custom union. The offer on change of duty rate shall contain the relevant information on need of change of rate of customs duty, including reasons on change of duty rate.

2. The commission from the date of receipt of documents sends the arrived offer to three-day time to the Parties.

3. The parties study the offer on change of rate, prepare and send the conclusion to the Commission within 30 days from the date of intake of materials.

4. In case of the consent of all Parties with the offered changes of duty rate, based on Item 5 of article 4 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008, the Commission makes corresponding change to the Basic list of ETT and within 10 days notifies on it the Parties.
