For the purpose of rendering the state support to subjects of economic activity and to the physical persons which were injured during the conflicts taking place in June, 2010 in the city of Osh, the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions and taking measures to further sustainable economic development of the region the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic accepts this Decree:

1. Establish the following measures of stimulation of economic and investment activity, creating favorable conditions for development of entrepreneurship:

a) exempt the subjects of economic activity registered and performing activities in injured settlements of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions and the city of Osh from the tax discharge on profit and the sales tax, from June 1, 2000 to December 31, 2012;

b) exempt from payment of patents (except for casino, gaming machines, saunas and billiard rooms), the single tax, tax on the basis of the tax contract of the subjects of small and medium business performing the activities in injured settlements of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions and the city of Osh in the amount of 100 percent for the period from June 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011 and in the amount of 50 percent for 2012;

c) exempt for the period from June 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012 from customs payment the fixed assets and the equipment imported by business entities in the territory of injured settlements of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions and the city of Osh;

d) accept conditional payment of the assessed insurance premiums of the subjects of entrepreneurship registered and performing activities in injured settlements of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions and the city of Osh during the period from June 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012 in the amount of:

- 30 percent from the added amount of insurance premiums employers, on condition of availability to 100 workplaces;
