Article 1

Rates of customs duties, taxes, and also the amount of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes concerning cars of the automobile and other motor vehicles for private use intended mainly for transportation of people, 8703 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of custom union classified in goods item (further - FEACN CU), except for the ATVs, snowmobiles and other automobile vehicles classified in goods item 8703 FEACN CU, not intended for movement on public roads, (further - cars) are established by the legislation of the Party in the territory of which release of such cars is performed, but not below the rates similar established in the Republic of Belarus for January 1, 2010.
