About approval of regulations in the field of industrial safety
According to subitem 17-1) of article 7 of the Law "About Industrial Safety on Hazardous Production Facilities", I ORDER:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) Requirements of industrial safety in case of magnesium production;
2) Requirements of the device and safe operation of the vessels working under pressure;
3) Requirements of industrial safety in case of operation of tail and slurry farms of the mining and nonmetallic organizations;
4) Requirements of industrial safety when crushing, sorting, mineral processing and okuskovaniye of ores and concentrates;
5) Requirements of industrial safety in the chemical industry.
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akhmetov S. B.
3. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2009.
