1. Approve the enclosed form of the petition of the employer, customer of works (services) of involvement of the highly qualified foreign specialist.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.06.2013 No. 481

3. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation production of forms of the petition of the employer, customer of works (services) for involvement of the highly qualified foreign specialist in the form approved by this resolution at the expense of the means provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on the subsection "Migration policy" of the Section "Homeland Security and Law-enforcement Activities" of classification of budgets expenses.

4. This Resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2010.
