1. Take into consideration that along with non-paid allocation from state reserve of inventory items, the organizations of the republic provide the humanitarian aid to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are temporarily placed in June, 2010 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of non-paid provision of goods, performance of works, rendering services and donations on the amount of 10,0 of one billion sum.
2. Determine that the organizations of the republic which provided the humanitarian aid to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, temporary placed in June, 2010 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have the right to reduce taxable basis on the income tax and single tax payment by the cost of goods, the performed works, the rendered services and donations provided by them as the humanitarian assistance to the specified citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with khokimiyats of the Andijan, Fergana and Namangan regions to specify the list of the organizations having the right to the specified tax benefit, and also the amount of reduction of their taxable basis in a month;
provide tough control of the correct application of the provided tax benefit.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
