About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of indicators of safety and quality of donor blood and its components

According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About donorship of blood and its components" and Item 6 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 15.04.2009 of N 408-p "About approval of the actions plan on accomplishment in 2009 of the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law", for the purpose of prevention of spread of infectious diseases through use of blood, its components and medicines in the medical purposes, emergence of other negative effects for health of recipients I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of indicators of safety and quality of donor blood and its components it (is applied).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to development department of medical care submission of this order on state registration in the Ministries of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister V. G. Bidny.
