About approval of the Regulations on procedure for functioning of the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of implementation of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for functioning of the State management system by open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To National Bank:
provide since January 1, 2011 functioning of the State management system with open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus;
take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
