1. Review fixed rates of the excise tax on gasoline and diesel fuel, having established the minimum fixed rate in the following sizes:
Ai-80 brand gasoline - at least 254 100 ßÒ¼./ton;
gasoline the A-92 and Ai-93 Ai-91, brands - at least 279 400 ßÒ¼./ton;
Ai-95 brand gasoline - at least 323 300 ßÒ¼./ton;
diesel fuel - at least 216 200 ßÒ¼./ton.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
