About procedure for reference of property of autonomous or budgetary institution to category of especially valuable personal estate

According to Article 9 (2) the Federal Law "About Non-profit Organizations" and article 3 of the Federal law "About Autonomous Organizations" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that types of especially valuable personal estate of autonomous or budgetary institutions can be determined:

a) the federal executive bodies performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation concerning the federal autonomous or budget institutions which are under authority of these bodies or Federal Services and agencies subordinated to these bodies and also federal bodies of the government (state bodies) which management of activities is performed by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, concerning the federal autonomous or budget institutions which are under their authority;

b) according to the procedure, established by the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation concerning autonomous organizations which are created based on the property which is in property of the subject of the Russian Federation, and budget institutions of the subject of the Russian Federation;

c) according to the procedure, established by local administration concerning autonomous organizations which are created based on the property which is in municipal property and local budgetary institutions.

2. Lists of especially valuable personal estate of autonomous organizations are determined:

a) the federal state bodies performing functions and powers of the founder concerning the autonomous organizations created based on the property which is in federal property;

b) according to the procedure, established by the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation concerning autonomous organizations which are created based on the property which is in property of the subject of the Russian Federation;
