1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Fish and Fish Products".
2. This resolution becomes effective after twelve months from the date of the first official publication.

1. This technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Fish and Fish Products" (further - the Technical regulation) extends to all (imported) types of fish and fish products made (made) and imported, with the codes according to the single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of custom union specified in appendix to this Technical regulation.
This Technical regulation establishes requirements to safety of food products from fish, including to aquaculture products, production processes, packing, marking and turnover of fish and fish products.
2. Requirements of this Technical regulation do not extend on:
1) processes of cultivation and cultivation (growing) of fish;
