About introduction of temporary ban of export of some types of agricultural goods from the territory of the Russian Federation

1. Establish from August 15, 2010 to December 31, 2010 temporary ban of export of wheat and meslin (the FEACN CU code 1001), barley (the FEACN CU code 1003 00), rye (the FEACN CU code 1002 00 000 0), corn (the FEACN CU code 1005), torments wheat or wheat and rye (the FEACN CU code 1101 00) from the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure:

inform the State Parties of the Customs union, and also the Commission of the Customs union on introduction of this resolution of prohibition specified in Item 1;

submit for consideration of the Commission of the Customs union of the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution, other State Parties of the Customs union.
