About procedure federal budgetary institution and autonomous organization of powers of federal body of the government (state body) on execution of the public obligations to physical person which are subject to execution in cash and financial provision of their implementation
According to article 9.2 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations" and article 2 of the Federal law "About Autonomous Organizations" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation by federal budgetary institution and autonomous organization of powers of federal body of the government (state body) on execution of the public obligations to physical person which are subject to execution in cash and financial provision of their implementation.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011 and is applied to federal budgetary institutions on which federal executive bodies - the main managers of means of the federal budget taking into account provisions of part 15 of article 33 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with Enhancement of Legal Status of the Public (Municipal) Institutions" make decisions on provision of subsidies by it from the federal budget.
