1. 4. Provide to the Parties till October 1, 2010 possibility of registration by participants of foreign trade activity of statements for issue of export licenses and (or) commodity import and execution of licenses concerning such statements in the forms approved by the national legal system.
5. For the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of custom union within Eurasian economic community and export from customs area of custom union within Eurasian economic community of precious metals, gemstones, the primary goods containing precious metals regarding implementation of the state control of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals, identifications of gemstones till July 1, 2011 to be guided by the national legal system of gosudarstvuchastnik of custom union.
