Based on part one of article 6 of the Agreement on the product circulation which is subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance on customs area of the Customs union of December 11, 2009 (further - Article) by which it is determined that adoption of the declaration of conformity of products made in the territory of the state of one Party delivered to the states of other Parties and which is subject to declaring of compliance in the state of the Party of appointment is performed by manufacturer of the state of the Party in the territory of whom products, or the supplier of the state of the Party of appointment according to the legislation of the state of the Party of appointment are made the Commission of the Customs union solved:
determine that manufacturers of products of state members of the Customs union have the right to adopt declarations of conformity of products to national technical regulations or the declaration
about compliance on products included in national lists of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance, stipulated by the legislation any
from state members of the Customs union and to release products in the territory of any of state members of the Customs union, without attracting residents (legal entities) of state member of the Customs union in the territory of which the above-stated products are released.
At the same time products shall conform to requirements of the legislation of state member of the Customs union in the territory of which the above-stated products are released, and registration of the above-stated declarations of conformity shall be made in the certification body accredited according to requirements of the legislation of this state.
