being guided by legislations of the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic,

expressing intention to develop and consolidate efforts of the Parties on implementation of the state youth policy,

noting general interest in development of the international youth cooperation,

expressing aspiration to creating favorable conditions for development of youth cooperation as factor of preserving and deepening of friendship,

in view of the increasing role of youth at the present stage of development of society,

confirming desire to expand and enhance the international youth cooperation on the principles of equality and to establish for this purpose broad cooperation between state bodies, youth public associations and other organizations (associations) participating in realization of the state youth policy

considering that the cooperation in the field of work with youth is designed to promote strengthening of mutual understanding and friendship between the people, to approval of universal values,

signed the Agreement as follows:

Article 1

1.1. The agreement is designed to determine the joint activities of the Parties directed to forming and realization of youth policy, all-round and harmonious development and education of the personality, creation of conditions for requirements satisfaction of man and citizen, promotion of healthy lifestyle, and also the sphere of mutual interests of the Parties in implementation of their activities.
