About some questions connected with execution of visas to the foreigners and stateless persons driving to the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of execution of visas to the foreigners and stateless persons driving to the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 5, 2008 No. 805 "About development of management system by migration and application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2008 No. 658-IIIQD "About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 8, Article 713; 2009, No. 7, Article 532) to make the following changes and additions:

1.1. exclude Item 4.4;

1.2. consider Items 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 respectively Items 5.1.2 and 5.1. 3, to add Item 5.1.1 of the following content:

"5.1.1. powers of the "relevant organ of the executive authority" provided by Article part one 14, are performed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;";
