1. Approve the Procedure for renewal of special permissions to use of natural resources in 2010 which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of November 27, 2009 N 637 "About approval of the Procedure for renewal of special permissions to use of natural resources", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2009 for N 1158/17174 (with changes).
3. To the public geological service (Bezukh A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in Ministry of Justice.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Mormul D. D.
