3. To intergovernmental council on questions of agro-industrial complex of the CIS together with the ministries and departments of the State Parties of the CIS:
speed up work on implementation of actions of the Complex of joint efforts on increase in food security of the State Parties of the CIS approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 14, 2008;
provide preparation of the draft of the Concept of increase in food security of the State Parties of the CIS and its representation in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of Council of CIS Heads of Government.
