About export of white sugar
According to article 8 of the Agreement on procedure for introduction and application of the measures affecting foreign trade in goods on single customs area concerning the third countries of June 9, 2009 Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine exporters of white sugar (code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union 1701 99 100) open joint stock companies "Gorodeysky Sugar Plant", "Zhabinkovsky Sugar Plant", "Slutsk Sakharorafinadny Plant", "Skidelsky Sugar Plant".
2. To the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs within their competence to take measures for non-admission of export of white sugar by the subjects of business activity who are not specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:
notify the Commission of the Customs union on introduction of the measure specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
submit for consideration of the Commission of the Customs union the offer on application of the measures similar of the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, other State Parties of the Customs union.
4. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2010 and is effective till April 1, 2011.
