For the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of supervision of observance by subjects of primary financial monitoring of requirements of the legislation concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to financing of terrorism and in pursuance of Items 6 and 7 of part two of Article 14 and Item 17 parts two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of information for increase in efficiency of implementation of supervision of observance by subjects of primary financial monitoring of requirements of the legislation concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to financing of terrorism which is applied.
2. To department of interaction and coordination of system of financial monitoring (Kovalchuk A. T.) together with Legal management (Gajewski I. M.) State financial monitoring to provide provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration.
