1. Determine the sizes of the monthly tariff (official) salaries of the workers occupied in the spheres financed from the government budget established by the Single Scale of charges according to Appendices No. 1 and 2 of this resolution.

Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 12, 2008 No. 209 "On regulation (official) workers of salary established by the Single Scale of charges monthly tariff occupied in the spheres financed from the government budget (except for Item 2).
